Because Microneedling + RF naturally stimulates collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers of the skin, it can treat several skin conditions and concerns. You won't have to plan around downtime, but you must follow some post-care instructions to ensure proper healing.
It would be best to avoid strenuous exercise or anything that causes you to sweat excessively for at least 24 hours after your treatment. It would help to avoid environments that increase your body temperature, including saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs.
